Brian and David Welch are natives of Dickson County. Their knowledge and understanding of the construction industry started at an early age growing up in a family of craftsmen. After each finished their education, Brian and David began their careers framing, roofing, trimming, installing siding, and pouring footings to sharpen their knowledge of construction.

In 2004, Brian decided to start his own company, SilverBrook. Prior to the start of SilverBrook, Brian was a successful project manager of Westwood Construction. He also was an Assistant Superintendent for a company that specialized in building hospitals, Centex- Rogers. Brian applied his knowledge and expertise he gained from these companies to lay the foundation for SilverBrook. He found that his passion in construction was in roofing.

David, a highly accomplished construction manager with extensive hands on experience in all phases of construction, joined the SilverBrook team in 2010. His prior experience includes Project Manager of Sullivan Building and Development. There he was in charge of building new homes, remodeling homes, and construction of Logan’s Roadhouse and Cracker Barrel restaurants. He possesses a deep understanding of the details involved in running an efficient job site.

Together they have paved the way to where SilverBrook Roofing and Exteriors is today, as one of the area’s top roofing companies.
